Volunteer Opportunities
Lassen Family Services volunteers provide support that helps keep our services available. There are many volunteer opportunities with Lassen Family Services The most common opportunities are listed below, but if you have an idea on how you would like to volunteer your time that is not listed here, please contact us at info@lassenfamilyservices.org
Crisis Line
Crisis Line volunteers assist with Lassen Family Services 24-Hr Crisis Line for domestic violence and sexual assault, all volunteers must complete 80-hours of training.
Events
Lassen Family Services relies on support to plan and put on various fundraising and awareness events throughout the year. Opportunities include, Walk a Mile, Dancing for a Brand New Me, and more. Volunteers can join our events committee or help in other ways.
Clothing Closet
Clothing Closet volunteers assist with a variety of tasks in and out of the Lassen Family Services office. Tasks include, takeing in, sorting, and cleaning of donated items.
Internships
We work with schools to create internships to meet the needs of both the student and the agency.
